If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to notify us.

We’re currently offering TOOQS at a discounted price as part of a limited overstock release. Because of that, we’ve simplified our return policy.

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind scenarios. If they end up not being a good fit for you, gift them or donate them!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

If there’s an issue:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order info and a quick photo of the issue.
  • We’ll review and offer a replacement.
